I am passionate about helping people succeed and achieve their goals. I specialise in coaching people who are neurodiverse or identify neurodivergent traits.
Coaching can help you increase self-confidence and sense of worth. It can help you identify goals and find your own solutions to issues. I ask guided questions to help stimulate and inspire your thinking. I will challenge you to practice strategies that work with your strengths. Coaching offers an opportunity to develop self-awareness and confidence, gain clarity on your goals and values, stay accountable and motivated, develop strategies and skills, and overcome limiting beliefs while fostering resilience.

If you are having issues at work, Access to Work funding may be available - see below
If you are experiencing issues at work or have identified potential issues, you can refer yourself to Access to Work and get the support you need. This includes coaching.
Access to Work is an excellent and underused resource. It is a government scheme to meet the individual needs of employed or self-employed people with disabilities and long-term health conditions at work. It is intended to help people enter and remain in employment.
It can fund a wide variety of support, including Reasonable Adjustments, disability awareness training and coaching.
1: Contact Them
You need to contact Access to Work directly to start the process.
2: Assessment
The first step is an assessment with a Workplace Needs Assessor. This will be in person or over the phone. They will recommend tailored support that might include assistive technology or coaching sessions.
3: Getting adjustments in place
If you are self-employed, Access to Work will refund the cost of any support you need.
You can receive free support if you work for a small employer with less than 50 employees. Larger employers may need to cover some of the support costs.
4: Adapting to changes
When you start introducing changes, there's usually a period of practice, adaptation or training. It can feel strange at first, but with time, things should improve, and you will see positive results.
5: Review and Success
It's crucial to ensure that you have the right, effective support. I recommend allowing time for adjustments to settle and then reviewing them after 3 and 6 months and the annual reviews.
By putting time and attention into getting and using the right support, you may notice a reduction in stress levels, which can help you perform better at work.
